He turned to wine after falling in with a group of passionate natural winemakers in the Loire, purchasing 6.5 ha of vines in 2007 and starting his own domaine in the hills of Amboise in the Touraine AOC. And we’re in love with his wines! Aromatic with spicy cinnamon notes upon entry, then opens to high-toned violet and pure, juicy red fruit that seems to levitate in the mouth. You get a little earth, spice, and forest floor on the finish. Super clean and delicious – a great example of what a practically zero-zero wine can be with quality fruit and careful winemaking.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1007/6690/8695/files/2018-chahut-et-prodiges-les-groslocaux_1.jpg?v=1792015370
